I would (and will!) only use this location in Kamloops :)
Kristin OHave the credit card machine so I can hold on to my card. I did not like my credit card being taken to the back and then give them back to me. Secondly, I was not asked about optional coverage of twenty dollars 40 deductible, and it was automatically applied.
DWAYNE AWhen we arrived the sign on the door said Open, but the door was locked. Tried calling the location but no answer, the call went to voicemail but it was full. Finally called the main U-Haul number & Adam help me through doing a self check in. Was not happy that the location said open but no one was there.
Jaret KI dropped it off in the morning when they were close so I can't say. the parking lot was clean and tidy
