U-Haul has screwed me over twice now. First time after reserving a truck over a month in advance they cancelled my order day of and told me to kick rocks. This time they charged me 90 extra dollars for a detour when i5 was shut down. If they weren’t a monopoly they wouldn’t be able to screw everyone over. But here we we are

JACALYN BThe truck was filthy, old, and not well-maintained. It had 127K+ miles on it but didn’t sound as if he would make it the 4 miles to my house. If I floored it I could get up to 30MPH and 35 MPH after it warmed up. The back wheels sounded like they were going to fall off. It hissed when I touched the gas. There were no shocks and the power steering was shot. I rented a truck for the evening before my move so that we could load up and be ready to go. I spent 6 hours trying to get another truck. It was absurd and a complete waste of time. I’m waiting on a call back from management. This location was nothing but trouble. See return comments.
