when I rented the truck, I was going to return it in Merrills Inlet, but U-Haul requested that I take the truck back to a location on rock 501. When I went to return it, I tried calling that location and no one answered and they didn’t have voicemail set up, which I thought was rather odd for a business. As it turns out that business was on vacation and there was no one there to take the truck back. And I end up going to Midgard. I would think that U-Haul would’ve check with with the location of 501 before they asked me to take it there fortunately I didn’t make it a trip for nothing and I checked before I tried to take the truck back there. Just really poor customer service.

David NThe truck was old. The door was very tough to get latched. We had to tie it down. Then the trucks transmission wouldn't change right and I could only go 40 mph. I thought it was going to break down in the middle of the night in the middle of no where. I wish there was another option
