I had a guaranteed pickup at 10:00 AM. I had people lined up to help me load the vehicle. I did not get the vehicle until close to 2:00. The helpers were no longer able to help. I also had to go from Vancouver to Westminster to pick up the rental. I reserved moving blankets. They were not available. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.
JEFFREY HTruck was clean interior and exterior. Owner called me a night before advising to pickup the truck early because it gets busy later on. Glad he called me and was able to leave the store after 15mins.

LESLIE MI reserved the Dolly and the blankets with the truck a month before my move and when I got to the location there wasn’t any available. The store said they open at 9, but they opened 1 hour early. My pickup was at 8 but as the store was supposed to be closed I went there at 9, and they already had rented out the reserved supplies.
