VERNON STruck was ready at pick up time. Ran smooth (although the air bag light was on). Easy drop off. Not much more you could ask for.
ADRIAN JLocation wasn't what I had reserved with a change to this location a day and a half prior top the move. It was supposed to be a self-serve, but per the employee, due to the current riots, not an option. However, I wasn't given a lock so when I went to return the truck (self-return) I didn't have a lock to secure the truck key. On the phone, the employee was informative and nice. In person, she seemed put out, didn't seem to like me asking questions; like we were inconveniencing her. For U-haul, if a specific location doesn't offer the type of truck I am trying to rent, DO NOT allow me to request that location and reserve the truck letting me think this is where I will pick up. To have Christian tell me a day and a half prior, and state, the new location is only .5 miles further (more than I want when I am walking and then packing a truck) is NOT good customer service or support. If your website allows me to reserve a truck at a specific location, it should be available for rent at that location.
