The person in the office was very rude. Treated me like garbage and added the safe move protection when I did not want it and I declined it. As a former dealer 45–237 for over 20 years. I never treated my customers as rudely as this woman treated me. I want my $15 safe move back because I never agreed to pay that she added that on I declined it. I will never rent from that location ever again.
