It’s not fair to ask if the people were friendly, it was an unattended drop off location behind a gas station. I did go to another location (5600 Atlantic Ave, Raleigh, NC 27615) for another person and their trailer reservation. The lovely Monae did everything to help and was super pleasant, she’s a gem and I wanted someone to know.

One of the worst customer service at this location. They don’t attend Uhaul customers first
MAHESH VDropped trailer off at this location after hours (actually during the day, but on a weekday that the office is closed). Location was convenient, site provided generous space to maneuver and park.
