It’s at a gas station and the employee was not helpful. There are no drop boxes to return the keys and the employee was clueless when i asked where i was supposed to leave the key. I’m 7.5 months pregnant and he had me walking back and forth from the rental to the inside until he finally just took the key himself. The parking lot is also crammed and small. It looks like it’s the parking lot of an abandoned building

I wouldn’t recommend this particular location only because the code for the lockbox is different than what uhaul customer service provided and it took almost an hour to get into the lockbox. We also came to this location for the 716 capital blvd location because they were very rude at the capital blvd location. This lake wheeler has better customer service.
