How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere were absolutely zero places to park a 26’ truck. We rented two trucks for my move I returned the second truck to a different location.
Ole OWorst experience I have even had with U-Haul. I was promised a $20 credit because the truck I rented a 26ft truck it wasn’t ready. It took 1 hour to get the keys then the truck was dirty and had no gas. I then had to get a smaller truck and was given the keys for the wrong truck. After 1 1/2 hour I finally got a truck I didn’t reserve. I was told I would get a credit and then they would move the drop off time and neither was done. I will not ever rent from there again. Worst experience ever!!!!
