Worst experience I have even had with U-Haul. I was promised a $20 credit because the truck I rented a 26ft truck it wasn’t ready. It took 1 hour to get the keys then the truck was dirty and had no gas. I then had to get a smaller truck and was given the keys for the wrong truck. After 1 1/2 hour I finally got a truck I didn’t reserve. I was told I would get a credit and then they would move the drop off time and neither was done. I will not ever rent from there again. Worst experience ever!!!!

SUSAN BThe cell service in the area was very spotty. I had half a bar which made it extremely difficult to upload the required pictures. I was glad to even get through the process in order to receive the code for the keys. The site needs its own wifi in order for the app to function properly.
