They hooked up the car Dolly quickly so I was initially happy but as soon as I put the car on it, one of the tires was completely flat. That caused me to look more closely at the tire. It was bald. And drop off (different location), was a nightmare. Spend a solid four hours being transferred to different phone numbers, waiting on hold, and begging not to be transferred to a different line. Do yourself a favor. Go anywhere else. This company really sucks. They're doing great right now but I'm comforted by the fact that when things settle down and people aren't fleeing the state, they will need their reputation to keep them going. And they will fail because of that fact. I can not wait to see this company (Uhaul, not necessarily Felipes, though I'm sure that's coming too) go under.Kenneth S.

If you're doing a one way uhaul rental to Selma, use Felipe's, not Ace hardware. At Ace there's no clear place to drop off the vehicle or the keys, and no instructions on either. At Felipe's it's obvious where you need to park the uhaul, and obvious where to drop the keys off. Don't forget to do the online drop off thing before leaving the keys in the box.Christopher M.

Location was excellent but the last customer service operator at your call center has no people skills.she told my wife that she had no people skills and hung up on her . Business owner is a crook! The place is a dump! I was tempted to leave before rental but I was time pressed for the trailer. The guy tried to charge me for 2 days when I had the trailer for less than 6 hours. When I disputed the charge, he tried to say I picked it up the day prior. I actually had to show the date on his receipt... ...and he still tried telling me he didn't think he could change it. He did change it but still charged me for the insurance I declined when I started!... and acted like he was doing me a favor!Erik D.

Equipment problem with the rolling entrances would get stuck. I should have gotten a credit for the gas that was left in the rental more than a quarter tank. The rate says I had it empty that's a lie. But never again would I rent from there.Sylvia A.

Very disappointed with felipe the person who attended robert varela to rent a uhaul, me vivian perez had my information in the computer from prior rentals so felipe just used my information to rent robert varela a uhaul without my permisson i never allowed them to use my account on file for the rental.that was wrong of felipe to do that . I didnt find out u til felipe called me that the uhaul was late and he was going to report it stolen, but like me varela used his bank card.it was charged to him felipe didn ask for id or nothing for uhaul rentalVIVIAN P.

Our only complaint was One of the two hand trucks we rented had a broken wheel so we were unable to use it for our move. Otherwise, it was a helpful U-Haul locationRandy C.
They never did an inspection with us. There was broken glass inside trailer and found out later that the lights on the trailer didn't work. They were supposed to supply adapter for lights and they didn't. I was told to go buy one! The equipment I reserved on line wasn't even there. To top it off, I wasn't given a receipt or contract. No proof that I didn't steal it if I would have been pulled over for the non-working trailer lights!! I've rented from uhaul numerous times and I've never had problems with any other rental location except for this one. The worst location I've ever went through. Uhaul is doing a great job working with me to resolve the problems with this rental. Love uhaul but not from this location.Jamie S.

I was using the truck to move equipment for a medical office, and the office's manager used her credit card to make the reservation. When I went to pick up the truck, the location owner told me that he had no way of using the credit card that had been used to make the reservation for the actual rental, that he needed a card right then at checkout. The office manager was unavailable at that time, and I ended up using my own credit card. Was the location owner wrong? Or is your system stupid? Either way, not happy with this aspect of this rental.Matt M.
My only complaint would be that for hooking up a trailer, the location is on a fairly busy road and it took some maneuvering to get to the trailer. The folks at the location were very courteous and professional.John H.
It was an odd feeling to park my 26 foot rental truck outside of a locked fenced business in an unsecure area open to the public. The area between the fence and roadway is a dirt area, with numerous Uhaul vehicles, and a Uhaul key drop box attached to the fence. I was relieved to get my text that the truck was received and checked in the following morning.TERRY B.
Not only was the previous renters rental agreement left in the truck it wasn't swept out. Neither the cab not the cargo end. I spoke directly with the shop owner and advised him I would be returning the truck at before his 6pm closing time to which he agreed. I returned at 5:30 to him closing the gate to the grounds. I asked to please close out my contract and rudely I was told no he closed early and I could just wait for an email within 24 hours. This was my first time using this location and there wasn't even an office to conduct business in. I was walked into the garage next to a oil changing pit and a car up on a lift Not even a clear path ! Tools everywhere! The owner opened a tool box to get the contract out of. He had no desk and no computer. He explained he uses an app on his phone. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone and I'm frankly surprised uhaul would think this was a safe place for customers to even enter.TAMARA R.
Was not happy with the time allowed to pick up tow dolly. Another location opened earlier but they did not have one available. When i went to turn tow dolly in this location was not open and was told to just leave it out there. The tow dolly doesnt have a lock or any thing on it. I was going to drop it of saturday after noon and it wasnt going to get checked in til monday morning.i called the location n was told to just keep it til monday. I made a unecessary trip and ended up keeping it til monday.Alvero M.

First my reservation location was changed and I was unaware until the morning of my pick up. I had to do my own veichle inspection with no key but I wad able to verify there was no outside damage but not the gas level which was different upon my return. So upon my retur. I did add gas because I had been approximately 24 miles but according to the paperwork I driven enough to burn a quarter tank of gas so I added more gas. I explained to the guy that I had only been 24 miles there is no way I could have burned that much gas but like everythibg else at this location it was sloppy lazy and the people there havens no odea whats going on. Then when I brought it back a second time they never even checked to see how much gas was in there. I had filled it up but on my receipt for the return it showed less then what I had initially put in. I dont know what kind of scam that place is running but next time I use uhaul and they change my location I wont pick it up. That was the worst experience I have had. I am at a loss for words of hpw terrible that experience wasAUTUMN H.

I have used Uhaul many times before. I have always been satisfied with the equipment & service. This time though, the truck was very dust on the inside of the cab. The rear had lots of debris & the brake felt like it was sticking. This doesn't mean I would not continue to use Uhaul, but maybe be more conscious when picking a location.suzette Y.
