Poor service coordination. Despite multiple nearby locations, my pick-up and drop-off points were set far from my requested area without explanation. This forced me to spend an extra $30 on Uber and added unnecessary mileage—benefiting U-Haul, not the customer.

The man fishing out the keys was very rude to the couple behind me. The man just asked him a simple question and he was very rude back to him.

There is nothing wrong with the location but I was assigned a wrong truck with wrong location and have to spend around 2 hours and and few dollars for the mess up you created. You are so clever to ask a review only about the location rather than your whole truck assigning process, I even called your Quebec number and raised complaint for which no one even cared to listen.
Harish GIt was my first experience with Uhaul and I didn’t know about the policy that if the customer doesn’t pick up the rental on time the rental would be cancelled. I had initially booked for the rental pickup at Parliament street. I had a great deal which included 1 day, 120kms at $143/-. I received a call from this location to be informed that the rental I booked was not available and needs to be picked up from 231 Livingstone Ave instead. I couldn’t be there on time due to the crazy traffic and my reservation got cancelled. The location manager should have called to inquire if I needed the vehicle or not. The policy of cancelling the reservation without asking the customer is ridiculous!! I have booked the vehicle for a day. It is left to me when I can have the vehicle picked up. If I do not pick it up charge me the full amount! But cancelling without the customer’s consent is absolutely ridiculous!! Just wasted 2hrs of ours and ended up getting an expensive deal. I hope Uhaul takes this feedback seriously! This is by far the worst experience ever! No one cancels a reservation without asking the customer.
