I was not able to receive the dolly nor the blankets I had ordered. The changes were refunded but when moving those are rather essential items. When I arrived no one was there. I had to call the location phone number as I was having trouble navigating the app. In had to wait for someone to show up and get me checked out so in could leave. Very disappointing.

Chanda HCalled several times over two days, during their business hours and always want to voicemail. Could not leave a message to request a call back because voicemail was full both days. Very limited hours. No open spot to leave trailer. Only location to leave it was on a hill and had to find rocks to stop it from rolling. If I had known this was the situation I would have chosen to driver further to a different location.
