Carla A.Check engine light was on. My reservation was messed up and I was 3 hours late and had to pay $199 after paying the $143 to rent the truck. Not happy at all! I called before I was late and the lady told me it was $40. Instead of. 79 cents extra a mile I was charged $1 extra a mile. I was supposed to get 30 miles with my rental and that didn't seem to happen.
