I reserved a trailer and trailer hitch on-line on my phone, and paid for the trailer and hitch at the location. Today, I received a trailer hitch via UPS. If I reserve something (like a trailer hitch) for a specific date and time, that's when and where I need it. I do NOT need it delivered to my porch the following week! Service and equipment at the location was great. Working with the U-Haul website... never again!
