RAYMOND T.In the Acton location: #1. No signs anywhere indicating that there even was a Uhaul store closeby. The GPS said it was there, but we couldn't find it. We had to ask people where it was located. The only indication of it's where-abouts was when we were told about the little drop-off key box in the dark on the opposite side of the building. The only sign was on the little 6x10 inch box in the dark. No lighting or clear signage.
RAYMOND T.This location only handed me the keys and said goodbye. There was no circle check to see any damage, and they did not tell me about the number of kilometres I get with a day rental, and if there are any additional charges that I will incur if I go over the daily limit.
