Cup holders were very dirty, probably some spill. That shouldn't be the case. Otherwise, very good. Also, I have been charged for 50 km that I had to drive because the original uhaul location in Kitchener didn't have the vehicle. I called later and have been told that they are going to return the money, but that shouldn't happen at the first place. Note should have been put that I had to go there instead of them providing vehicle at the original location. Also, I paid for fuel for that 50 km that I had to drive, and lost almost 3 hours when going to pick it up

Andy NEnsure there’s a full tank of fuel when the truck gets picked up. Fortunately, I drove less than 5 miles. When I picked up the truck, the fuel tank was almost empty. With any other company I rent from, the fuel tank is always full when I pick it up. I always return it full as is to be expected.
