The customer service was great and very helpful. Also found the whole process was very simple and easy and that was outstanding. Very happy with the service and would definitely use u guys again if we need a truck

Me and the other driver arrive to pick up the truck, we expect to fill out paperwork or at the very least submit our driver's licences so he came down early to be there, we were just told where to grab the keys and we left, then I get hounded for pics of our licences (I was busy packing the truck and my phone was going off non-stop from the agent who just let us go without filling paperwork). The truck would rev when putting it into park sometimes and jump forward, signal lights and reverse lights were out so no safety check was done before being handed over to make sure it was road worthy, there was no windshield washer fluid, I had to fill it, wipers were so trash it just smeared on the windshield (I know they're not going to put tip notch wipers on but come one, at least buy some decent ones), we kept looking power sometimes, dropping the pedel all the way down and we'd decrease in speed, the alignment on was way off, there was about 8" of dead space in the wheel when turning.

Laura MBusiness dealer should be at the site at 9:00 am moreover she wants E - transfer for the booking before pickup. once i picked the truck she didn’t tell me any thing when she told me from where i have ti pick the key of truck and after 30 mins she called me again and again to ask about credit card details and after sometime ask about dropup location. She should tell me everything when she gave me the key and she interrupted me while i was driving the uhaul.
balkaran sThey overcharged me by $300 and were in NO hurry to get my refund to me…I’m still waiting for it and she keeps telling me, “it’s coming”. I will never rent from them again and will do my best to make sure I tell everyone about my terrible experience.
