After I made my reservation on Friday I got a voicemail on Saturday morning saying that they had to change my pickup location to Bentwater because the Book lady didn’t have the truck I had reserved. Luckily when I called the Bentwater location to get directions they said that the Crazybook lady did have the truck that I had reserved. In spite of the confusion I ended up having a pleasant experience after all. I would definitely recommend this location and I would use them again myself.
Sandy HI am still waiting on my 100 deposit i had to put down when I returned the truck .I have already received my other refund for not using all the miles.
bonnie bThe lady at the location called us within a minute of us speaking with someone from UHaul Customer Support, and them asking us if this location was ok. This was the 2nd or 3rd time our reservation was changed by UHaul. I do understand due to the weather, but she was upset and quite rude because we could not come right then. I had to wait for my friend who had the truck to come pick up the trailer.
KEVIN PStacy is super helpful and explained everything from the initial reservation call to the vehicle return. I will always prefer booking with Stacy! Thanks again !
