My overall experience with the unit was not favorable. Needed a trailer that was 72 inches wide so rented 6 foot wide trailer. Unfortunately ramp opening was less than 57 inches wide. It did not work and was returned less than an hour later. No evidence in material indicated this problem. No effort to refund my money was made. Although location was nice it was a waste of time and money.
KENNETH TMy rental was not confirmed upon return and I was considered overdue and my card was recharged a fee. U-Haul had to call the location based upon my calling and informing them that we have time stamped photos of return.
