My whole experience in the crazy book lady was amazing! Yall got some great people running yalls rentals. Very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Wish customer support was like that, talked to 3 reps and all 3 said different thing. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECCOMEND using he app to make a reservation, go straight to the location, they are most definatly ready to offer friendly actual help.

JUAN GLocation and personal were fine. The ramp on the motorcycle trailer dented in and caused the motorcycle to run into the trailer edge while loading. Better ramps or solid piece metal for sturdy loading! Didn’t appreciate dented my exhaust on my exhaust!!
