Was not promoted to take photos after usage until later. Was afraid I would be charged for a full day or so. Agents handled the situation well though.

GREGORY GI needed a 10’ truck which they had 2 in the parking lot and the app also told me they had one available. I was told one was reserved and the other one had an issue with the gas gauge and wasn’t available for renting. I was stuck getting a 20’ truck instead for just a few items. I don’t know if it was an issue with the app or the rental place but these little communications between app and store should really be fixed, I would’ve gone elsewhere to get the 10’ truck.
DEREK MNOTHING, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND EASY, BUT I HAVE BEEN USING U/ HAUL ALL MY LIFE, THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I RENTED AT THIS LOCATION, & I HAVE DECIDED I WILL BE BACK !👌😉
