Give a truck that works and clean the truck before giving it to a customer. This was a horrible experience!

Ralph LI ordered moving blankets, a furniture dolly, and utility dolly but none were included with my rental truck. I didn’t receive any confirmation communications ahead of my rental day to inform me that the supplies weren’t available. The truck itself was good. I did the self-pickup option and would not recommend it. The app was not functioning correctly when trying to add photos. I added a secondary contact and they never received the verification call. It took 15-20 minutes to complete the process, which would’ve been much quicker if the app actually worked right.
