I ordered moving blankets, a furniture dolly, and utility dolly but none were included with my rental truck. I didn’t receive any confirmation communications ahead of my rental day to inform me that the supplies weren’t available. The truck itself was good. I did the self-pickup option and would not recommend it. The app was not functioning correctly when trying to add photos. I added a secondary contact and they never received the verification call. It took 15-20 minutes to complete the process, which would’ve been much quicker if the app actually worked right.
Vivian TMy whole experience in the crazy book lady was amazing! Yall got some great people running yalls rentals. Very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Wish customer support was like that, talked to 3 reps and all 3 said different thing. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECCOMEND using he app to make a reservation, go straight to the location, they are most definatly ready to offer friendly actual help.
