I would like a full refund. The truck was disgusting.. there was mud all in it. The tire was flat the back of truck had pinstraw and sticks all in it just gross

Terrance CNothing was wrong with this dropoff location. Part of a gas station. When I went inside the person at counter of gas station said they’d complete my return and email it to me. I decided to get the key back and go out and complete the return myself through the app to make sure it was done on time.
DAVID RI was told the service charge was $32.75 which I paid for. I got home and viewed my account, I noticed a debit of $28.60 was made on my account without telling me the reason.
