How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe 15' truck performed very well and was easier to drive than the units I remember from decades ago. Ramp had a tendency to stick just a bit at the ends of its travel (near full extension and full insertion) but was manageable and a very helpful feature.
Nick HJust better instruction after arriving back with U-Haul, just parked truck and returned keys. Had not clue I had to complete a return form on the app.
Trevor FJessie was very professional I was treated good
