STEVE TWas provided 8 moving blankets when I reserved 24. There were no 4-wheel dollies available. Finding this out the day of my move was very inconvenient. I had to go to Home Depot to buy moving dollies in the middle of the moving process.
Vanessa BThe guy there overcharged me. First, he said I must return the vehicle the same day for other people reserved and I did. When I checked the next day on my app, I found him false of what did he say. Moreover, he did not return the vehicle on the system until next day when I called him. If there is less than zero, I will give this location.
