Richard Hweird set up had to find, over crowded with trucks. The employee was very helpful
Pat TCame to drop off the truck off on a Friday durning normal business hours and no one was there, I even called a few times and no answer, the place looks super sketchy with a dirt road which was full of semi trucks as well as broken down vehelices. While i wasn't comfortable leaving the truck there because the place looked like a chop shop. So, finally i reached someone on saturday and they verified that this was a haul place and that it is in fact open and I can bring and drop the truck off and so i did. Then Uhaul turned around and tired to charge me for no one being in the office durning normal business hours, I got on the phone with corporate office explained the whole situation and they said yes i was right to do what i did and i wouldn't be charge a late fee. Well guess what, 10 days later they charged me a late fee.
