They charged my an extra 330 miles I did not drive. I have talked to so many people in the company I am pissed. The previous rental a couple weeks before they charged me for tolls and I didn’t go on the tollway! They added days I didn’t have the truck. They also charged my extra miles and requested a refund I didn’t receive! I am all over social media with this! Do not rent from this company!!

The app didn't work for me to pick up truck early. I lost 1.5 hours of my time. I called customer service 3 times for support. Location manager was to busy to resolve my issue and gave me conflicting information. I was not happy with my experience.
Muddassir SThe person there told me I drove 30 miles when I only drove from the uhaul in Addison IL to bensenville to a storage facility about half a mile away and then back to the uhaul facility. Either he did something wrong or he's trying to make me pay for someone's else miles.
