We were new to auto transport and was hoping to be reassured by getting insight from the person helping with the transaction but the gentleman insisted that we watch videos and scan barcode to educate ourselves. Not ideal especially we were getting on tbe raod asap. The helper also hoojed up the auto transport trailer too high and not level. It seemed they were careless and apathetic. Not good.

STEVE TWas provided 8 moving blankets when I reserved 24. There were no 4-wheel dollies available. Finding this out the day of my move was very inconvenient. I had to go to Home Depot to buy moving dollies in the middle of the moving process.
