Pickup truck on Saturday, truck fuel was almost on empty, I took pictures of dash to show fuel and mileage. The location is a little remote with no gas stations close by, so I had to drive to a gas station before I could start my move, fuel warning came on before I made it to the closest gas station. I put $50 in fuel into the truck and drove home to start move, which added about 20 miles on to my mileage @ $1.29 a mile so it cost me about $25 to fuel the empty truck. I made 1 round trip move and ended up logging 96 miles total (picture to verify) left truck with the same amount of fuel as when I picked up. I received my receipt via email, they added another 10 miles, at this point I’m being charged for 30 miles extra on the rental ($38.70) and on top of that they charged me for 6 gallons of fuel ($38) resulting in an over charge of $76.70. The truck itself was dirty, couldn’t even see out the windows, cargo box had debris and dirt in it. I returned the truck with clean windows, cargo box blown out and clean, with my reward being, overcharged $76.70.
