Arrived to pick up at scheduled time of 1:00; the office was closed until 1:30. The handtruck was not secured - when I braked it slammed into the truck and moved freely. Extremely unsafe. I returned the handtruck secured with a bungee at my own cost. At pickup, the windshield, windows and mirrors were extremely dirty. Had to clean them myself. The tire pressure sensor on the rear passenger tire didn’t work and the light was on the entire rental. Was told this isn’t an issue, yet the light stayed on for the duration of the rental.
Ziad ALocation was actually fine, but the mobile pick up process was unnecessarily difficult, and required entering redundant information.
Terence NThe customer service was excellent (meaning the woman at the site). But it was frustrating to have my pick up location changed because I had also ordered supplies and then had to go to the original location to pick those up. Was inefficient and inconvenient for me, the customer.
