I did the self return. Location does not look safe, so was a bit worried about leaving the equipment, but there were other trailers and dollies there, so decided to return it there anyway. Chose 'no' for the personnel question because I did self return and did not need to interact with anyone.

The car transport trailer was missing both safety chains (front & rear) plus the fold-over fender had been previously damaged and was difficult to open/close. The facility had easy access and a flat lot. The proprietor was friendly and efficient.

RUTHA SYour app is horrible. Everytime i use it there is always an issue
Mark RTrying to deal with UHaul is terrible. Over 1 1/2 hours calling to try to reserve an appliance dolly was painful. The person at Quick Pantry 101 helped us more than UHaul did.
