These units/vehicles need to be inspected regularly and a log should be conspicuously available in the cabin/glove compartment to indicate service provided for repairs and maintenance. It is dangerous to know that these vehicles are passing on from client to client and I as a client am not aware of how safe it is to drive/tow.

RONALD PUhaul changed our pick up location and when we went there in the morning, it was closed and wouldn’t open till noon. Wasted over an hour getting routed to another pick up location and had to take a bigger truck than we wanted, which was harder to drive and used much more gas
