I consider this below average because of what happened after the drop off. I checked email and there was an email from earlier in the morning saying per our conversation the drop off location has changed to a different location than the one I had dropped off at. I had NO such conversation. There was no text or phone calls. I was driving all day and then unloaded the trailer and returned it. I then had to call the 800 number to verify I was OK with the drop off going to the location in the contract. For the future I would recommend that there should be a REAL phone call (not a fake one) and never an email changing a drop off location.

The cab smelled like weed. There were socks and paper towel left in the cab. The blankets I did not request were thrown in the back of the U-Haul. Th cup holders had gunk and trash in it, probably why there were paper towels in there. It wasn’t clean at all.
kristy bI had a reservation early in the day, the trailer wasn’t there, I wasted two hours trying to get a dolly. I showed at this location that had three, they were not very helpful getting the dolly so I used the website. They were still slow getting me the trailer, a guy came to the next site and pulled in the way of my truck to pull forward. When I turned to leave the disconnect broke on the trailer causing the wheels to lock up, the guy helping me just drove away. The most horrible experience I’ve had.

Jon GThreatened to call the police after they miscommunicated and overcharged. Very rude and unprofessional. Go anywhere else except here. Terrible experience. I don't know how they are allowed to rent uhauls. Scammers and frauds
