Positive staff. Location could not provide the 72 moving pads we reserved. They only had 24. Other locations we checked had none available
PHILIP WPicking up the truck in Airdrie was a great experience. The customer Service reps was very knowledgeable and helpful. Big smile and happy. They went through everything clearly and walked around the truck pointing out everything. Even though they were unable to provide the requested appliance dolly, they provided some alternates and were willing to assist however they could, even looking to other close by locations. The rep dealing directly with me used his discretion and granted me additional mileage due to the pickup location being some distance from my load up point in rural Alberta and then my unloading points being in a couple of places near & in Edmonton.
