The gentlemen that was working was exceptionally great at his job. He was more than kind and honestly I will be using only this location anytime I have the need for anything u-haul related in the future. I don’t believe I’ve ever received such great service from a u-haul location in all my years of dealing with the company at different locations. This man deserves to be recognized for his excellent customer service and upbeat positive attitude. I would recommend anyone to primarily use this location in and around the Airdrie area.

Tom CTough assessment due to the fact that I was there on a Sunday (they are closed). However, I attempted to drop off the unit I rented from Ontario on the app and it wouldn't allow me to do so. Not the locations fault. I didn't deal with staff at the location so this rating is based on presentation of the location which I thought was excellent.
