There was no appliance dolly available which was a huge inconvenience

TIMOTHY PWe did NOT rent a truck from this location. While it was fine, it was 45 minutes (ONE WAY) from where we were supposed to pick up. That’s an extra 1.5 hours moving my 85 year old parents. THEN the drop off spot changed. I will never rent from U-Haul again. They do not care about their customers, just about making money.
