Charged my card for gas when I picked it up on E. Called number that was given and was told someone would call back, never received that call back... Will never use U-Haul again..

Dian MOrdered 15ft truck, had to settle for a 10ft at no fault of the business. Last renter took key for the 15ft truck. I thought there was a $50 credit for mix ups?? Never received that….please help @Uhaul
DAVID CI returned the trailer in a day early, but received a call a day after the return date asking if I returned the trailer. That’s a little frustrating and now I need to check if was charged for the extra day.
