GREGORY LChico's Detail shop was not my original drop-off point. My drop off location was SRK 9200 Hwy 17, Alabaster AL. I was supposed to do an in person drop-off. Somehow the location was incorrect. This is the address for a convenience store that is not a Uhaul servicer. I called the number provided for SRK and someone answered who couldn't speak English well and then they abruptly hung up on me. I called back to try to get the correct address, no one answered. I called Uhaul customer service to change drop-off location and the representative was extremely helpful. I had to drive an extra 20 minutes in order to get to Chico Detail Shop.
NATLIE SReally sketchy place. It was a tire shop with 1 random uhaul. I reserved the uhaul at a location near my home, and last minute, I was told to drive 40 minutes to this sketchy location. Never renting from uhaul again, I’ll rent a Penske instead.
Hayley PChicos has been excellent for picking up as well as dropping off the trucks. The entire staff is extremely polite and very helpful and I really appreciate them all.
