Keeping the reservation was very confusing. We were contacted three times to swap out for a different size truck due to the size needed not being available. We were contacted two times in regards to U-Haul wanting us to transport trailers and car haulers to our drop off location and U-Haul not comping the gas mileage but we were not entitled to use the extra equipment we would be hauling. We turned in a day early with less mileage than given without receiving any type of refund. The employee at the drop off location was quite unpleasant to deal with. Wanted me to leave the truck before drop off inspection and stated we will send you a final email. I waited until the final inspection was complete.

It was very easy to get it and return it.
Tammi ETruck ran rough; timing must be off. Ramp was more difficult than most, more difficult than it should be. I still prefer paper receipt/contract.
Tim MFriendly and helpful although I used the app to check it in he offered to do it for me. THAT is good service! VS... The mobile location they was having issues with the computer working but I had PAID movers who were already moving my items while waiting on the truck to arrive. I was thinking that since it was already reserved it should be quicker. Once again, cost me extra MONEY. BTW Mobile, Alabama UHaul, not one of the three people at the register thought it was appropriate to mention the computer issues but just let us stand there. Knowing what was going on would have been less stressful. They apologized once they were taking my reservation after I had stood there forever staring at them. Customer service there was decent at best after that. The biggest thing was the battery dying at mile marker 31 in Mobile. Do better Mobile!
