It was a great experience renting a 6x12 trailer. The only thing that could help is to have a jack on the trailer to assist in hookup.

PAMELA SWonderful service and hospitality provided by the office staff! My rental was ready to go when I got there, I found out that something I needed to haul was too big for the van that I had originally rented, I called and they quickly were able to trade it out for a bigger box truck! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to rent a U-Haul and I will only use them in the future.
