All in all I had a good experience and everything went well. The check in process was a little confusing to me but I managed. I had locked the door and stoped the keys in the box before I started in the check in process so couldn’t take inside pictures or get the miles. I just estimated the miles and must have pun in a wrong number and the miles were over by a lot. I called the call center and they are working on it for me and will let me know the end results in a couple of days. This was my first time using the app and I learned a lot for the next time I use it.

Mark JThe drop off location was closed so the questions do not apply since nobody was there to receive our truck. I dropped the keys into the overnight key drop box. nothing more.....
John COnly critic is when picking up the truck, it would be beneficial to the customer if it is pointed out that you have limited mileage. I've rented uhauls before and never run into being limited on how far you can drive it. We saw it on the contract after we were charged when returning it and understand it's our fault for not reading it fully, but it would be nice if it is pointed out at the beginning of renting it.
