The drop off location was closed so the questions do not apply since nobody was there to receive our truck. I dropped the keys into the overnight key drop box. nothing more.....

Only critic is when picking up the truck, it would be beneficial to the customer if it is pointed out that you have limited mileage. I've rented uhauls before and never run into being limited on how far you can drive it. We saw it on the contract after we were charged when returning it and understand it's our fault for not reading it fully, but it would be nice if it is pointed out at the beginning of renting it.

Timothy CThe JH used for my trip was bad. Worst truck I have rented from uhaul. I rent maybe once a month. Suspension was completely worn out. Uhaul needs retire this vehicle. Wondered many times if I was going to make it to my destination
