The van I rented was not clean up in the cab floor, but for the purpose that I rented it, it did not bother me

Original reservation pick up was at another location and when I got there they did not have one available and had me go out of my way to another location. Once I got to the new location the price went from $65 to $90 because they included insurance that I did not want but now that I was running late because of the extra travel time to pick it up I didn’t have the time to fix it. As far as the employees are concerned they were all friendly just the fact a reservation was made at a location that didn’t have the correct size trailer
