Was really disappointed in the extra fees that kept piling on for as little as I used the truck. It was also confusing and a hassle not having the truck I needed at the more convenient location. $19.95 rental quickly turned into over $100 10 miles there 10 miles back.

Danette EThe unit was clean. Maintenance was questionable. The unit shook as if a front wheel was out of balance, (or drive shaft) immediately upon leaving the location. The greatest amount of shaking was at the 40-45 MPH range but never smoothed out at highway speed. The transmission did slip at times. This unit DID NOT provide a smooth ride and the cab noise required me to wear noise reducing headphones.
James mDirt on the middle seat in the cab, floor was dirty. Broken glass in the back of the truck. Scheduled truck for Sylacauga and had to drive to Alexander City to pick up the truck, not enough mile were given to cover the trip
