The truck was well kept up but obviously needs some serious engine and transmission service. Luckily, we only needed to drive it a short distance.
Christopher PWas frustrating that I had to drive an hour to pick up a trailer after originally reserving it in Wetumpka, AL. Also when I arrived the reservation had been canceled "due to being late". Moving is not easy, and delays often occur, add on the unexpected hour drive to pick it up and the potential for being late is high. Thankfully the folks at the location were kind and professional and got us reconfirmed. Let's go U-Haul, you can do better!
TRACY SBoth tires were bald on the inside. One of which showing cord. Did not see this to at pick up location of vehicle with no other option than to use trailer the way it was.
