I left a set of ratchet straps in the front seat and before they went home with the mechanic that performed the inspection, the owner?/manager snatch them away from the mechanic and returned them as requested

Carolyn JThey charged me more than what I agreed to and then try to charge my card again. I put gas back in it how I got it and I took pictures of the gas when I got it. The truck I drove was in bad shape.
