Not To Over charge for gas. I will not make the mistake again and rent from uhaul. I most definitely wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone period.

Dropped on a saturday and there was nobody present at location. No phone service available to use uhaul app.
Troy A.You changed my pickup location never told me. Had to go to another location. Found out I was on alert because in 2020 the location I rented it from never marked it returned. Don't know if that was cleared up
mike W.Answer the customer service telephone line in a timely manner. I was on hold for 35 minutes and NO answer. My truck broke down and got NO help from U-Haul. Luckily, I was able to get help from Humphries Automotive where I rented the truck at. He helped me promptly and was very courteous.
