My original pickup location was on Anderson at 5pm. When I got there to pickup my U-Haul there wasn’t one available. The wait time for a rep was three hours and the customer service chat agent was unable to cancel, rebook, refund, really help at all. Nothing could be done and when I finally got In touch with the lady who dealt with escalations I got another one an additional 29 minutes away. Two hours past my pickup time and the only way I knew I did t have a truck was by going to pick it up. A call or something would have been nice. The whole experience was disheartening and I’ve used u haul many times.
Abigail LI will be honest, the self-pickup process took excessively long, almost 45 minutes for me to do. This was mostly due to the page not moving whenever I tried to press the "pick up" button

Lance WThere is absolutely nothing wrong with this location. The problem is that you have an app that is an absolute train wreck. Problems with pickup, problems with drop off, absolutely the worst app I have ever used. My advice to anyone, if you can't pick up your truck during business hours, go somewhere else because you will regret having to use this sorry app.

Carolyn JThey charged me more than what I agreed to and then try to charge my card again. I put gas back in it how I got it and I took pictures of the gas when I got it. The truck I drove was in bad shape.

larry vNot To Over charge for gas. I will not make the mistake again and rent from uhaul. I most definitely wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone period.

Troy AYou changed my pickup location never told me. Had to go to another location. Found out I was on alert because in 2020 the location I rented it from never marked it returned. Don't know if that was cleared up
mike wAnswer the customer service telephone line in a timely manner. I was on hold for 35 minutes and NO answer. My truck broke down and got NO help from U-Haul. Luckily, I was able to get help from Humphries Automotive where I rented the truck at. He helped me promptly and was very courteous.

John GThe personnel were very easy to work with and able to answer the few questions I had. The equipment (truck and trailer) were already connected and pads were readily available. The only hitch was that this was not the location I was expecting to pick up my unit. Had to drive 20 miles, but that is certainly not the location’s fault. Rather it is U-Haul’s.

Phillip DNothing wrong at the drop other then it closes at 12p on Sat my return was after 1p I was charged a extra day that I didn't have it for, and some other charge for 28 I was informed on the phone that I would only be 40 dollars for a extra day, so it should have been 80 not 120, plus the extra 28.
