Great people. Great service Great experience. What's not to like! VERY CLEAN FACILITIE THROUGHOUT... I spent over 40 years working in a shop and you can tell a lot about a business, people and the quality of their work by the cleanliness of the facility... Not To Over charge for gas. I will not make the mistake again and rent from uhaul. I most definitely wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone period.

You changed my pickup location never told me. Had to go to another location. Found out I was on alert because in 2020 the location I rented it from never marked it returned. Don't know if that was cleared up

Answer the customer service telephone line in a timely manner. I was on hold for 35 minutes and NO answer. My truck broke down and got NO help from U-Haul. Luckily, I was able to get help from Humphries Automotive where I rented the truck at. He helped me promptly and was very courteous.

The personnel were very easy to work with and able to answer the few questions I had. The equipment (truck and trailer) were already connected and pads were readily available. The only hitch was that this was not the location I was expecting to pick up my unit. Had to drive 20 miles, but that is certainly not the location’s fault. Rather it is U-Haul’s.

Nothing wrong at the drop other then it closes at 12p on Sat my return was after 1p I was charged a extra day that I didn't have it for, and some other charge for 28 I was informed on the phone that I would only be 40 dollars for a extra day, so it should have been 80 not 120, plus the extra 28.
