There was an error message indicating the need fior a tire pressure monitoring system to be serviced. Overall great service. I locked my phone in the cab when returning the vehicle after hours and the staff went out of their way to see it was returned.

As I was pulling into BMC, a lady from another Uhaul location called me and told me that my rental was dropped off there and I needed to come there and pick up. She was zero help, however the guy at BMC instantly got on the phone with Uhaul and worked it out so that I could take the truck from that location. Although they were fantastic and helped me, it took me an hour to pick up my truck and cost me an hour paying for movers that stood around because they did not have a truck to load into!
