Was supposed to pick trailer up at 1:00PM. They were closed & didn't show up until 1:15PM. The 1 clip that holds the ramp in place, was broken. Had to put ramp in box of truck. The 2 back tires were almost flat, didn't notice it till I had loaded vehicle onto the trailer. Luckily had air compressor near by. 1 had 15lbs & other one had 25lbs of air in them. Not very pleased that I had to do all this stuff to use a rental trailer. Good think I noticed the ramp clip was broken, wouldn't been too pleasant to have it fall out & cause an accident as I was driving on the freeway 😡.
Mark WThey were rude when I called to drop off and the lot wasn't plowed so I couldn't park trailer in the requested place. The people the day prior were very decent

alana qI never went inside so I do not know if it was clean and inviting. I dropped my vehicle off as they were closing but the attendant was nice.
