Things went well. Easy to make the reservation on the internet. Fast service in the morning when I picked up the truck. Truck was clean and worked well. Left the truck at the Uhaul location at the end of the day and received my receipt via e-mail the next morning with no surprised. I was charged what I expected. Overall, a very good experience.

J'avais réservé un 18 pieds. Quand je suis venu ramasser il n'était pas disponible. On m'a remis un 26 pieds. Trop grand pour mon déménagement et mon espace parking.
Valentin SThe pick up process was quite time consuming. The owner/employee was nice but I felt he could have used a little more training on the process to make it more efficient. The system kept looking for different drop off locations than what my reservation had, which made the situation more confusing and time consuming.
Darren MInformatic system work badly take a long time for nothing took almost 45 minutes to have the go to leave. The person in charge was very mad for this situation.
