The gas gauge, and odometer readings were reported incorrectly, and I was overcharged $200 through no fault of my own. Absolutely would take pictures of EVERYTHING next time. The older gentlemen that I worked with was very polite, and understanding, and it’s not his fault

Only real complaint i have from this location was while we were getting our trailer inspection for drop off. Another uhaul worker insisted on backing up Another car right behind us and if the doors on our trailer were all the way open the car actually would have clipped the door they had to be so close to hook up to the trailer the were there to pick up.
