The whole online experience took wayyyyyy longer than it should have. Took 20 minutes to get both the website and the app to let me check in (I ended up downloading the app hoping it would be quicker) Took nearly 30 minutes to get the app to work to turn the vehicle in. It just kept glitching out and wouldn't allow me to go past the step 1 take photo of speedometer. Finally it glitches to the next step, then back to the first step, then glitched from step 1 to step 3, and back to step 1. The spot I got the van from was taken by someone else. And if you need someone to verify a renter via phone call, make sure you let the renter know BEFORE hand so they dont add the only person they have available to immediately answer as a registered driver. The actual uhaul was great. The process to get it sucked butt.
