Good folks took care of us
ROBERT HI was torn between the yes and no questions. The truck wasn't in the best condition. It was well used and old but clean for it's age and usage. As far as recommending, if you live in the area the ease and convenience for the Parker, Lucas, East Allen area I can say yes.
Lyn HThis location was very handy to me, and they had a great selection of trucks. This location does not carry an inventory of boxes, paper, tape, etc. Plan ahead for those items.
BENNETT BNo I would not. There’s a massive amount of construction on the roadways around this U-Haul location that makes it extremely difficult to access. Also, I have rented from U-Haul probably hundreds of times at different locations across the country. We were treated as if we had never rented a U-Haul before, didn’t know what we were doing, and like we were trash. Also to top it off, once we got on the road with the trailer, we realized that it was horrible. This trailer had not been maintained and no matter how slow we drove or how well we packed our load the trailer constantly moved all over the road making our drive home, absolutely miserable.
