After a terrible experience at another U-Haul branch(U-Haul Moving & Storage of East Plano 1100 Los Rios Plano, TX 75074) This location completely turned things around. The staff here were professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They quickly found a replacement truck, got us checked in without delay, and made sure everything was in perfect order before we left. Their communication was clear, their attitude was positive, and they handled a stressful situation with care and competence. This is exactly how a U-Haul location should be run. Highly recommend this team for their excellent service and reliability.

This location the trucks and trailers were in a dirt yard. So my shoes was extremely dirty when I returned the truck and the dirt got all over my floor mats. The inside off was fine.
