The U-Haul app and 24/7 pickup/drop off was glitchy and frustrating to use. It glitched and delayed my pickup & drop off. Neither went smoothly because of tech issues. The location could better mark personal parking for U-Haul customers who are leaving their vehicles.

gary C.Be clear about the name of the business. It says MX4 Enterprises but out on the street it is known as Martin Stone. The address is correct, but there is nothing about the sign at the street that indicates it is an authorized U-Haul location.
