Everything was looking good but if the truck can be more new model it can be more better.

Michael DWhen I arrived the gentleman processing trucks started waiting on a customer who was in their phone carrying on what appeared to be a social call. She wasn’t fully engaged in the process of renting a truck and instead of asking the customer to please hang up or offer to help other customers while she continued her call, he just waited for her to finish. I was waiting and so was another customer for about 20 minutes. Then when I finally got my truck, it had less than. 1/4 tank of gas. I took a picture and it looked like 1/8 of a tank. This is unacceptable and when asked for another truck he said he didn’t have one and yet there were 6 more on the lot and all 6 were there when I returned a few hours later. Having to get gas immediately when picking up a truck should be against policy. Will not frequent this location again nor recommend. Three strikes and you’re out.
